Server Rules

Behavior:

provocation : it's forbidden to provoke other players (once or several times) or induce them to break the ToS.

harassment : It's strictly forbidden to harass any players.

defamation : It's forbidden to harm players or staff reputation by spreading real or fake statements regarding them.
 

PvE Rules

Kill Steal (KS):

• Kill steal to your faction members is forbidden, only one raid is allowed. (Our Raid have 150slots)
• The kill steal is the action of killing a monster in order to get the experience or drop while he's under another player's aggro and already being attacked by this one.
  The aggro is obtained when a monster is being attacked and is attacking the player back, focusing on him.
  The rule doesn't allow the occupation of a spot, room or any area. Ignore players claiming to have the spot.
• To report this kind of offense, a video evidence is needed. Reports made with screenshots will not be considered.
• Kill steal will result in an account suspension. The penalty will depend on the situation and may go up to a permanent ban.

Party/Raid Loot

The drop loot in a raid must be set on "random loot" for all bosses and events.

Raid must be open during bosses and events and you have to call "join" in Trade Chat. You can close raid when the hp of boss are lower then 50%.

PvP Rules

Incrementing the number of kills by - Stat Padding: 

• It is strictly prohibited the practice of Stat Padding.
• Stat padding is the fact of getting kills and quickly increase a player's rank by killing a character from the opposite faction that was specially made for this purpose.
• It's also forbidden, after agreement with the opposite faction, to create a character only to help them getting kills faster.
• In order to report stat-padding, please send a ticket with the player's name, the feeding character's name, and if possible, videos or screenshots clearly showing the names of the characters.
• This offense will result in a 5 days ban with a kill reset / pvp rank reset, or a permanent ban regarding the situation.

PvP Maps:

• player vs player (PvP) mode is granted in every pvp maps in order to make kills and increase your pvp rank. You can access them through portals and meet the opposite faction in all of them.
• It's forbidden use multi-account in all PvP Maps.
• Kill behind guards is allowed. (We have safezones that protect those areas)
• For a report based on pvp infraction, strong evidences are needed by providing videos or screenshots.
• Penalty occurred : Temporary or permanent ban regarding the situation.

Boss Fight:

• Kill steal to your faction members is forbidden, only one raid is allowed. (Our Raid have 150slots)

• To report this infraction, strong evidence is required by providing videos or appropriate screenshots.

• This offense may result in a temporary or permanent ban regarding the situation.

Using Cheat / Hack and Abuse of Bug

• The use of any software, application or external program in order to obtain in-game benefits or bots, is strictly forbidden and may result in a heavy penalty regarding the gravity of the situation.
• It's also forbidden to exploit game defects in order to gain advantages in pvp by standing on a specific spot where you can attack your opponents while they can't fight you back. This rule refers to the graphic of Shaiya maps and also includes the construction and bugs related graphics. Using game exploits will result in a temporary ban or the spawn of additional guards in the dedicated area.
• The repeate usage of F12 (screenshot) for climb a mountain that usually is not scalable is forbidden.

Using the game chat

Main Language:

In order to let everyone understand, English must be used in trade and raid chat. A onetime call to search players speaking the same language as you will not be sanctioned.

Spam:

It's prohibited to abuse or use inappropriate language in chat. This may disturb the game's community. It may also be considered as a spam.

Trade chat's spam:

As indicated by it's name, trade chat should only be used for sales, purchases, and advertisements. But, being the only chat that allows you to be heard anywhere in the game, it can also be used to ask questions about the game and to search players whiling to be a part of your group/raid. It can also be used by GameSages (GS) to answer public questions that could be useful to all players, and by GameMasters (GM) for any official events or public notifications. It's forbidden to use trade chat repeatedly and for other purposes than the ones described above.

CAPS:

GMs and GSs are the only ones allowed to repeatedly write with caps, in order to be more visible by other players. Therefore, the excessive and inappropriate use of caps by players can be sanctioned.

Regulation on account:

multi account : Having more than one account is allowed, but due to the IP address restriction, you may not use more than one at once. Using the same account from different IP addresses is allowed. If more than one player wish to play with the same IP address, you must send a ticket asking to add an exception. Any abuse of this rule will result in a permanent ban.

Account Sharing:  Sharing your account with friends or other players is not advisable for the only reason that any account information such as ID and passwords could result in fraud. This kind of information should be kept secret and personal, and not communicated to other users. Therefore, if an account has been reported stolen by it's owner and there's sharing suspicions, no actions will be taken by the staff. The staff doesn't take any responsibility and will not take any action on characters or items related to a suspicious shared account.

Fraud related to in-game trades:

No actions by the support team will be provided for sales, exchanges and loans between players. You are fully responsible for any transactions you do. There are two buttons to click before you confirm a transaction : "OK" and "Confirmation". Be careful and remember that you are transferring your money and objects at your own risk. Never let your equipment to players without any guarantee, even if the offer is tempting, and always ask for an item of equal value or a fair gold payment in exchange.
However, actions will be taken regarding any scammer.

Trading for real Money:

It's forbidden trade any account and item of game for real money.

Rules for the Internet Coffee's player:

You can join MM event,boss hunt and boss PvE even if you are in different factions.
You are allowed to farm and to do PvP, if you prove you are not the same person.
It will be at our discretion to understand who is using a double account and who is playing in a Internet Coffee.

It's only allowed to speak English in trade chat and raid chat.

Buy DP Through PayPal:

After you bought our points on Paypal and you received the Points, you cannot ask for refund.

Any Attempt to have the money back will block immediatly your account until the reclame has been close on our favor.

Sanctions and report infractions:

• Do not hesitate to take screenshots or videos clearly showing the players breaking the rules.
• GMs reserve the right to act in cases not specified by the Terms of Service, if they believe the actions taken could harm the game or community.
• Users must read the rules and behave as any infraction are subject to sanctions.
